When purchasing through the website, your new device is permitted to be returned or exchanged within a period of 14 days, starting from the date of purchase or the date of receipt of the product (in the case of home delivery). This is only permitted if the device has not been used and is in its original condition, with the original or electronic invoice presented, and adhering to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Product is in original factory packaging and has not been opened:

   - All devices are allowed to be returned or exchanged (except excluded products).

 

2. The product does not work due to a manufacturing defect:

   - All devices are allowed to be returned or exchanged.

   - It is required to return the original box/carton, with all contents included inside it.

 

3. The box/carton has been opened, the original packaging has been removed and the product has not been used:

   - Return or exchange is permitted after deducting 30% of the device value.

   - It is required to return the original box/carton (without any damage), with all contents included inside it.

 

What is the payment recovery mechanism and time period?

The refund process takes place based on the same payment method used during the purchase, and is implemented immediately. The refund process will be completed within 7 to 14 business days, as directed by the relevant bank to the customer.

 

What products are excluded from exchange or return?

The product is not returnable or exchangeable if it has been used or installed, and products that show defects resulting from misuse, such as damage, breakage or scratching, cannot be returned or exchanged according to the evaluation of the specialized Screens team.

 

Other terms:

- When purchasing package offers, the customer must return all products in their original condition.
- The customer bears the shipping cost (100 Saudi riyals) when returning products that were delivered via the home delivery service, unless there are manufacturing defects.
- The included gifts are not returnable or exchangeable.
- The customer purchasing the products “as is” is considered an implicit acceptance of their condition, and he is not entitled to claim any missing accessories after purchase.
- Purchases made through installment programs are not allowed to be returned, and exchanges are only made at a similar or higher value.
